what to do when your plants are burned? will I continue to grow? burns are not so drastic just a few withered leaves and vapors of yellow spots. can you advise how many days they need to be left without light? and how long the growth will be prolonged are in 4 weeks? because they were in a room where there wasn't much wind and there were about 50 C. they were in such a temperature for a few days aka is there a chance that they will recover and start growing again?

50c is pretty hot especially for a few days. Without pictures it can be very difficult to determine your plants odds of survival. As long as they are still alive and in the veg stage, I would say its likely they will make it if you get those temps down and give lots of love. If they are early to mid flower, it may stunt the plant and affect yields. If they are late flower, you probably just cooked off all the volatiles. I wouldn't give any darkness unless they are late flower. If they are late flower, a couple days of dark right before harvest will help restore the taste partially.

If plants got cooked from ambiant heat in the room being 50 C, leaving the lights off wont fix it. Never leave plants without light. Never. They start to lose strength and get weaker after 18 hrs without light once stored energy is fully used up. So dont do it. Plants are weak from being literally baked so the last thing to do is turn lights off for a few days. Best thing for heat stressed plants, and ive grown outdoors here and 43C isnt uncommon is summer here- seaweed extract. I use Seasol but any deep sea kelp extract will do. There are plant hormones and enzymes in deep sea cold water kelp that allows it to deal with temp issues that would kill normal plants...and if used on cannabis it can help the plant to deal with heat stress the same way. Get some ASAP. Use it in every watering from now til harvest. Plants will recover in time if u fix this, the leaves that are burnt will always be burnt, they will need to come off eventually ok, if they look like they are dying then take them off. Other wise leave them there. Buds that are cooked will always be cooked but there is hope as there is still weeks to go for new growth so if you are careful to keep them cool and not too humid -50% max then they will recover. Plant will be fine as long as u dont do anything silly like leave the lights off for a few days. Keep em UNDER 30C and keep the air flow in the room moving slowly but 24/7 ok. And get the Seasol or something else soon.
