Your NL plant is suffering from a general chronic under feeding, and the damage looks like a mix of potassium and calcium deficiencies. The Runtz plant seems fine. All plants have differing needs, what might be good for one may not necessarily be good for another. Feeding the different strains the same nutrients might not work, as has happened in your case. It should have been obvious weeks ago that the Northern Lights plant just wasn't getting enough fertilizers to maintain health, however what you were giving was totally adequate for the Runtz plant. This could have been easily kept in check by giving the NL plant some extra feeding or slightly stronger feeds than the Runtz plant. To fix your NL plant you will have to feed it more than your Runtz plant, a fairly simple procedure. She definitely needs more cal/mag and extra P/K booster. Do this and she should pick up. Giving both plants a dose or two of soluble trace elements (available from any garden center) will also boost health. Giving the NL plant some seaweed tonic/extract will also help it recover faster and boosts its metabolism too. Hope this helps, Organoman.

The discoloration is most likely caused by too much nitrogen... need to knock that back, especially in flower! I wouldn't be giving ANY grow nutes! Do a flush and when you start up your nutes again, just do the bloom nutes, not the grow nutes! You won't "cure" the leaves that have been affected so I'd trim them off - particularly not needed since they're at the base of the plant. Doing so will allow more air flow anyway...

It might not be phosphorous! That could be PH, cal mag, micro nutrients etc—- you know ph may be an issue— start there. Flush, and let the plant tell you. It takes 2 weeks to see a deficiency and 2 weeks to see if you fixed it! Good luck— and as said below— forget the advanced nutrients! It’s not good!

Honestly mate I don't know what kind of deficiency it is but all I can say is advanced nutrients to me is the biggest pile of sh#t. I got sucked in buy all the hype bought countless bottles of this and that and out of all my grows it was the worst ever. My plants actually looked like yours and instead of asking anybody for help I just kept the head down and kept going till harvest. Switched back to biobizz nutrients. I use root juice, grow, bloom, topmax and calmag and honestly I gonna have a bigger better harvest. Now don't get me wrong I have seen some people use advanced nutrients with outstanding results but for me it was complete and utter sh#te. I have a few grows under my belt and I would like to think I would know a bit about feeding by now but they were useless. Biobizz and other products cost less and give better results in my opinion. Hang on in there gromie and get to the all important harvest time. Good luck
