Looks like early signs of magnesium deficiency or maybe some light stress. The yellowing between the veins with a bit of browning at the edges is classic mag issues, especially in organic setups where you’re handwatering. It could also be a little light bleaching if that leaf is close to your light. If you’re not already checking pH, make sure your water is around 6.5. That helps with nutrient uptake in organics. You can try a small dose of Epsom salt (about 1 tsp per gallon) to give her a mag boost. Nothing crazy, just once or twice to see if it helps. Not a major issue right now, but something to watch. If new growth looks healthy and green, she’s doing fine. Keep doing your thing, Growmie. She’s looking good overall
