The tacoing is problem climate -- too dry or too hot.. possibly a fan directly pointing at it? The variegation is nothing to worry about (pigment discoloration - the distinct bits not the inconsistency on the 2nd/3rd pictures) The more distinct yellowing between some veins is fine. Grow lights can cause some illusions. If the leaf has undulations it can make the color seen seem to vary but if you hold it flat it is actually a solid color... make sure that effect is not fooling us. If the pgmentation is inconstent (blotchiness), that could be genetics. i don't like taking chances on the more extreme leaf muttaions. I grow more than i need so i can throw these 'maybes' out. Your feelings may differ. This seems minor enough that the plant will probably be fine. Might even grow out of it never to be seen again. If leaves have severe developmental issues, it doesn't gaurantee a bad result, but the mere risk of it is enough for me to avoid it. I'd rather just plant 150-200% of the number of plants i need and throw out the sketchy ones.

Hey Growmie, Looks like early signs of magnesium deficiency or maybe some light stress. The yellowing between the veins with a bit of browning at the edges is classic mag issues, especially in organic setups where you’re handwatering. It could also be a little light bleaching if that leaf is close to your light. If you’re not already checking pH, make sure your water is around 6.5. That helps with nutrient uptake in organics. You can try a small dose of Epsom salt (about 1 tsp per gallon) to give her a mag boost. Nothing crazy, just once or twice to see if it helps. Not a major issue right now, but something to watch. If new growth looks healthy and green, she’s doing fine. Keep doing your thing, Growmie. She’s looking good overall
