HLG 600R distance during sprouting

How close should my 600R HLG LED be to my solo cup seedlings? I have 4 in cups each about 3-4 inches tall and I’m worried the light isn’t close enough. It’s running at 20% and 36in from the tallest sprout. Am I good? Thanks in advance!!!

Good thing having a dimmer is you can have seedlings close to the light without running at full power. You can move the light down or move the cups up. The seedlings will tell you what they like.

Buon giorno weed doctors, did anyone have similar uniform chlorosis at the top or maybe knows what's up? What could be the reason and the solution? ThIs this some sort of immobile nutrient deficiency or excess? Could this be caused by heat and light stress? She is 80cm tall and almost touches the lights in the tent. Hight ProblemsI’ve got 3 plants in my tent, but they’re all different heights. To compensate, I’ve hung my light at an angle, so one end is closer to the smaller plants.
