One plant has smaller buds/growth than the other?

1 of my plants is showing less bud development than the other. The 1st is thickening up, pistols falling down & turning orange. The 2nd is still fairly wispy, pistols upright & white. Will this 1 need more time in the tent B4 harvest? Im afraid the trichomes turn at the same time

No, the tricchomes will not change at the same time, each plant will develop and mature to its own timeline.
This difference in plants is just typical phenotype variation between individual plants that have their own unique genetic code.
Even though they may have the same parents, just like people, all children/seeds are different.

Harvest?When will this be ready for chop. I’m having a hard time getting a good look at the trichomes. I know the goal is 30% amber. One plant has very few white hairs and one has quite a few can I wait for the others to come to full maturity too. I plan on using same tent to hang dry.
