plants look healthy.. defnitely don't do something as drastic as a flush...
ph down your feed slightly, see if that does it... if not it could be microbial and that's not a battle you will win, but can mitigate it a bit by continueing to balance it out with each irrigation.
water more? is it drying out significantly? if not you are fine. if trying multiple irrigations per day, just make sure you keep up on preventative measures for pests and other problems. make sure it's drying back enough before 2nd irrigation -- probably not a problem with 2 irrigations/day and coco mixed with 30-50% clay balls or perlite etc.
it can be the same coming out, but it can also be different for all sorts of reasons. it'll always be at least slightly different on the way out.
Try a soil slurry... to make this useful you need to form some set procedures... always take same volume of soil and not fro the very top. alwys use a known pH, preferably 7, and again the same volume of water to make the slurry. The volumes will impact reading, so it is important to always use the same amount of each to have a much clearer idea.. and the consistency you'll learn to read/translate. As with runoff, a slurry is not super accurate pH of medium, but can inform on which way it is swaying and the magnitude of that shift.
For both runoff and the slurry, it's probably a bit futher from "7" than what you will read - in either direction the same is true.
bottom line, your plants look fine.. i donn't see ph issues or lockout. don't do anything drastic... try something small and see how it plays out over enough time... then re-assess.
