The harvest time given with strains are often on the early side, so I reccomend waiting to flush until you at least reach the beginning of the harvest window. For me that would be the start of amber trichomes (on buds not sugar leaves). If you flush too soon it can prevent some of the final bulking of the buds. I personally flush for a shorter period right at the end of the grow (2-5 days coco, 5-7 days soil). While a lot of people find flushing improves bud quality, there is no scientific evidence it removes excess nutrients from the buds so I try to take a balanced approach.
