The tiny white pistils showing up is your dead give away it is female and pre flowering is going.

Yes, in pic one there are white pistils to be seen, these are known as primordia/preflowers and once these appear, if you are growing an autoflower, flowering should commence in earnest in about 2 weeks.
I do not think there is any hope for your yellow plant though, but not all seeds make it anyhow.

I dont understand, this is happening only on one bud site and all other buds are looking good. And I think its too soon for trychomes to become yellow or brown.

How to reduce yield? (without reducing quality)Can I prune down to 3 or 4 colas? When? Or better to let it grow normally and compost the extra? I've found it too easy to grow way more than I can use.
