Pro mix is not soil like @mouse said I got confused. But I do use Pro mix and it never let me down well so far lol , best of luck 👍 happy 420

Oh dear, there are so many options and so many different reasons for using each of them! I personally use ProMix but other swear by living soil, others create their own soil and others grow without soil at all - and I was just reading a diary where the fellow made his own organic soil and for some reason put kitty litter in it! I would start out doing as much research as you can on all the different options and then just simply choosing the one that seems to make the most sense to you and your conditions. My only advice would be to stay away from things like Miracle Grow potting mix or ANYTHING that "feeds" for x-number of months... you're going to want to control the nutrients yourself.

What Pot Size for my next Grow. 80x80cm Tent Size, currently using 11L fabric Pots, not happy with size of plants and fear less yieldCurrently using 11L fabric Pots and with around 7 weeks of Veg the plants aren't bigger then 80cm after stretch. Difficulties with checking pH of my soil with líquid pH testerGood day, growers;
I having issues with PH, my TAP water is 7.2, when i mix it to a same volume portion of my soil, it becomes 6.6, can I deduce from this data that my soil is appropriate for growing? Around 6, as the water become acidic?? I really dont know how pH really works.Week 1
