What’s wrong? Leaves are too light green. It’s day 17 from seed. I use TERRA seed mix 12-14-24 and for fist 14 days only water.. the soil is effective too wet. Maybe is over feeding (water).. ore seem like an excess/deficiency of something.. please help me

This looks like classic nitrogen deficiency... she's dying for some food! I'm not familiar with your nutes but it seems light on the nitrogen so I would add some CalMag and see if that doesn't help the issue... those leaves, btw, will probably NOT show improvement but the new ones coming up should... Other than her color, she looks healthy and you've got a good shot at improving the grow.
One thing that would help us help you better is if you link your question (any question!) to a diary... that way, we can see "the whole picture" ...

"20%" is referring to ppm... but weighted average of the npk values can get you there too... just make sure to consider dilution of each part of mix.

Is this Light Burn, or nutrient toxicity from nutrient dense soil?
2 Mars Hydro TS600 lights at 27" from seedling.
PH 6.3 misting soil - RH is 75-80%. - Temp is 77F
No light meter, so I estimate PPFD is in acceptable range despite using 2 lights in 2x2 tent.
