Possibly, possibly not.
The only way to find out is to take it off and look inside yourself.
Either way, it will not affect anything, but if it is a seed, you will most probably find more when trimming.

yeah it does look like like a seed on top of the bud. few seed can happen time to time, no need to worry if not much this won't impact significantly your harvest potency.
