Hello, I've got white pistons coming out of the top of the plant so does this mean it is a female, also does this mean it is flowering?

ph level at 7.5-8 after being filteredPH level help please. Hi all. I've come to a problem. I'm doing hydro and the ph from my my tap is 8.5 and then when I filter it its still in the 8 range. Biobizz Flush - using all biobizz nutes and light mixOpinions on flushing with biobizz?
