High dillande, Yes you need to give light straight away when they germintated already. And you need to remove the cup dome. There is no reason using a dome when you grow from seeds. The tap root is absorbing water, not the leaves. People use domes for when they are using clones because clones do not have a root system yet.

Just looks like maybe too much water. Let it dry, and leave it uncovered

Do what Dutch says below - give them light and uncover them. And give us photos of the problem to see what it looks like. Good luck

Add some more dirt up to just under the cotyledons(seed leaves/nutrient leaves/what have you) as additional support and give it 18 hours of light a day. Don't worry about nutrients, you won't need those for another two weeks or so. I hope this helps. Good luck with your grow!

Right off the bat I'm going to ask you why you haven't given them any light?! All plants NEED light in order to grow so please... give them some light. Second, I'm going to ask you to please update your diary with some photos of what they look like now... glasses of water with seeds in them don't help much in trying to assess the CURRENT condition of your plants! They may be salvageable, they may be dead, there might be perfectly fine and just need a little light ... but we need to see what they actually look like today!
