What is your opinion with what is going on with this plant? I have included a comparison photo with another plant that is flowering that was started 3 weeks after. It is suppose to be the same strain.

Hi because seeds are the result of crossing different genetics two seeds from same strain can have different phenotypes or in other words ....u and ur brother dont have to look identical although ur from same father and mother! Goodl luck!

It's just different genetic traits. It's almost impossible to breed a cannabis strain hybrid without having different offspring in every seed, although they will be similar they will also have some differences from each other.
