Repotted all of my plants and they are very droopy and leaves are dry. I thought they were originally over watered but now I am not sure. They all seem to be dying. Any and all help is appreciated.

First up, give them a good drink, wetting the entire pot. Your soil mix looks very dry and this can suck the moisture from the rootball that then causes the plant to wilt. Secondly, giving them a dose of seaweed tonic/extract will help them bounce back. In future, giving them a soak with seaweed tonic before transplanting will help prevent this from happening again. Watering in with seaweed tonic after transplanting is also beneficial. I usuallly give them a dose of seaweed tonic 6-12 hours before transplanting, then water them with seaweed tonic after transplanting and this seems to prevent wilting/drooping 99.9% of the time. Hope this helps, Organoman.

They looked stressed from the transplant. Usually moisture is required till plant acclimates to new soil. Does look like you had overwatering issues before. You Can always add more perlite or coco coir to your grow mix to help with the resistance to overwatering in future grows.
