Buds turning brown

@Fro5ty - @Organoman just had a laugh from you. But some strains like Sugarcane or so , has such look and beeing so educated with weed , showed off some new things to learn himself. Good luck in Your harvest !

@aroganoman. I’m currently harvesting. So I’m afraid I can’t answer what the cause is because I simply don’t know. I hope they will still be smokable. I also noticed that the calyx were turning purple. Beside the trychomes turning brown. It was all from 1 plant.

They aren't really buds, just a few calyxes hanging out together! What strain/breeder is this as I want to know who to avoid! Sorry....

Some part of roots have root bound or are infected ?? Can't find any logic, if rest of buds is way behind any type of harvest ..... try to Google peroxide use for hydro as prevention, but I am bad with hydro, could be very mistaken. Would harvest at least those dieting branches. Confused. Sorry.

If this were MY grow, I'd be harvesting asap... especially since you say they've been foxtailing AND you have mites AND you have WPM AND you have buds starting to go bad... get out while the getting's good and save what harvest you can!

3-4 buds have the brown colour. All the rest are fine. I was planning in harvesting next week. They should be getting another 4 weeks of flower normally. Should I harvest this weekend? 90% of trichomes are clear atm. And yes, I'm going to wash my buds with the 3 bucket method.

Plant matures usually from top to bottom, so you will never see all mature at same time. I would chop, especially when so many worries happens. Clean grow room well and rethink prevention. You realise that I am guessing and compare my memory of own screw ups to your picture. Google soda, peroxide and lemon bath for weed straight after chop before hanging to dry. Bud wash. I would do, was doing to all my outdoor grows. Wpm is terrible thing, bud rot comes sudently too ... Better some harvest than hope .... If you would make question with more photos - growers would help you with more true answer than my logical guesses ...

Why are they turning brown and dying? Should I harvest the specific buds or are they lost? Should I harvest all?

In this photo trichs are degrading and going not amber, but brown, later black and dead. Bud rot comes with yellow leaf of deaf underneath. First 6 hours is when you can see white fuzz, later only sudently yellowed leaf will alert you ...
