On day 103 with an afghan auto from 420 fast that claims to finish between 56 and 63 days...anyone else run into this very often with auto flowers?

hey there Valleywest, truth is you cant trust a breeder's advertised timelines for shit. plenty of different variables go into it, but basically they might not be growing in soil at all when they test them and other environmental conditions that will be different than yours. Overall i would say it's probably just marketting and has no basis in reality. The only thing you can do and should do is to go off the trichomes and that's it. Usually you can expect 8 weeks of flowering on an auto though, sometimes even more. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Well this idea of autos is really cool but for me I think it's best suited for outdoor growing. Going to switch to photoperiod plants after these 3 I have going finish up. Thanks for the answers people!

Breeders time frames are not really that accurate. I find most autos take 90 days or slightly more. I now plan my auto grows as 90 day grows and if they finish before then it's a bonus.

I had autos running 140 + days from seed ... Tomorrow I will chop girl on day 62 from seed touched soil .... All is relative ....
