My plants aren't growing. Why not? They are almost 16 days old now.

I belive it might be for 1 or more of these reasons: 1- Soil too nutritive 2- overwatering 3- changing them between indoors and outdoors everyday/every other day 4- timer malfunction 5- too little CO² supply

How strong is your indoor light? looks like the plant isn't in the optimal conditions at all

@Pmal027 So if I take them outside to get some sun that's not good? I do it because I can't keep them inside all the time. So what do you recommend? Would it be better to give them 12 hours of artificial light instead of 12 hours of artificial and 6 hours of sun?

Theyre suffocating due overwatering. Use Spraybottle to water them untill they grow 2nd/3rd set of real leaves.
