Just keep the girls were the back of your hand doesn't get warm under the light. 16 to 20 inches should be fine. The dual spectrum is great for flower but a blue spectrum bulb is best for veg

2 seedlings grew in a pot, they have different story, which one to keep? Original Gorilla Auto seedling was pulled out by a bird and then I placed it back, but it was traumatized and struggling.
I planted the last seed that came nicer and is growing.
Is it worth to remove the traumatised one and keep just the newer?

Promix low phIn my 3rd week of veg using promix and GH Flora nutes,since day one my run off ph has been around 4.8-5 and plants are slow growing. How can I get my ph up to where I need it 5.8-6.3. Unsmokeable QWET, really bitter, not pleasant to smoke at all. Any suggestion guys? I dont really get what I do wrong//Method: Fresh Harvested Weed / 97ºalchool in freezer, weed in Jar, 30 sec and 2 min wash, strainer, coffee filter, let evaporate room temp. Purged x2 in vac. machine.
May, the fact that the plant was not flushed yet, affect the end product? Not the first time my QWET is bitter.
