WHITEFLYES short question

Hello, i spoted some whiteflyes. Can someone help me how to get rid of them? Im in the last 10 days of flower and spotted them 2 days ago. I tried to remove them by hand but they are here to stay.
Anyone knows the cause why they appear? Otherwise 0 problems the whole grow.

If I'm growing in soil I grow basil close by my plants. Flying insects hate basil. It also makes a great mosquito repellent and awsome spaghetti sauce.

Unsure how they appear but the methods I've used that had most effect is blasting them off with my sprayer and increasing air flow. Or possibly using a product like neem oil but being in the last week of flower Soap and water will kill soft bodied insects but its the last week of flower maybe do a milk/water mix instead of the soapy water.
