Hydronopics

Hi, I'm a beginner grower (currently on my 2nd hydroponics grow for cannabis but I've grown many other plants in the same setup). My questions is: In an hydroponics setup, is it normal for plants to start really slow? I see lots of plants in soil getting huge after only 2 weeks.

In the water if things are done well it is always faster, including the first parts of life. obviously it takes more "tact" and attention to detail. - MAINTENANCE of a stable PH - start with the right solution 600-900ms / cm - allow the rockwall to dry just right before wetting again. If things are done well and precise there is no comparison with earth. Oxygen always available, nuts also and adjustable to the second, same ph, same temperature of the water. Why should it go "slower"?.

Hi mate, I think thats true for most hydroponics as it takes time for the roots to reach the nutrients fully. Where as with soil it is available immediately. However, after this time the growth explodes faster than soil. I hope this helps, good luck
