Best time/height to start to trellis or net?

Hey everyone!!!! I am wondering at what height we should start to trellis with nets? we have the plants on a deck and we want to use horizontal nets secured at the 4 corners. the plants are 3+ feet right now.

I would advise using the trellis net before the pre flowering stretch.
That way when the plant stretches you'll be able to make that growth horizontal.
I also think lollipopping the plants would be a nice thing to do as a next step after the trellis net. - This is pruning everything below a certain height of the plant to make overall bud quality increase in the upper canopy.

I need help growing, I am new to it allI started king tut plants about 8 weeks ago but it doesn’t look as bushy as other ones I have seen. I water them once a day (morning) with miracle grow. LED Kelvin Temp 3000k-6500kIs there a massive difference in colour temperature/kelvin of LED's if the lumens, PAR, watts, intensity and every other aspect you can think of is the same but its temp/kelvin is lower? I use a 6500k LEDs, may mix in or switch to 3000K for better flowers if its proven to work.
