Looks like calyxes to me.
It's a she, for sure!
But, keep checking those areas. She could turn into a hermaphrodite and that is where you'll be able to tell if it does.

She's definitely a girl so much so She is flowering :)
what you see in the pictures are solitary flowers. Take a look to the anatomy of internodes of cannabis plants ;)

Soil runoff ph low 5.7? To low ,plant seems healthySoil runoff PH was 5.7 last tested . Just curious if this should be addressed? Plant seems healthy to me , the jack herer has the low soil runoff ph .fed. @6.2 today with run off being 5.7 (dec3rd last tested soil was @6.1). Ph during feeding usually 6.0/6.5 . Let her go. Problemas temperatura en mi cultivo 5ta semana de floración.mi cultivo va muy bien pero estas ultimas semana ha empezado el invierno y las temperaturas en el interior han cambiado siendo estas la mas baja en 12° y la mas alta en 22°, suele mantenerse a unos 20° y la temperatura del sustrato suele estar a unos 16°C, puede ser un problema?4y ago
