Looks like calyxes to me.
It's a she, for sure!
But, keep checking those areas. She could turn into a hermaphrodite and that is where you'll be able to tell if it does.

She's definitely a girl so much so She is flowering :)
what you see in the pictures are solitary flowers. Take a look to the anatomy of internodes of cannabis plants ;)
