Looks like calyxes to me. It's a she, for sure! But, keep checking those areas. She could turn into a hermaphrodite and that is where you'll be able to tell if it does.

She's definitely a girl so much so She is flowering :) what you see in the pictures are solitary flowers. Take a look to the anatomy of internodes of cannabis plants ;) Have a nice grow, good luck ! J.

Pocket microscope Hi. I have a pocket microscope (microbite plus da Carson from Royal Queen Seeds) to see the trichomes, is it reliable to cut a sugar leaf to look at them and determine from there? Or does it really have to be the trichomes that are in the buds to know their true state? Thanks
