Overdose

I think perhaps you've gotten things a bit out of whack... have you checked the PH of your runoff? It should be between 6.0 and 6.5 ("sweet spot" is 6.3). If it's out of that range, your plants are not going to be getting the nutrients they need and so even though you watered yesterday, you're going to have to do a flush and then provide some 1/2 strength nutes to get them back on track. To flush, you want to run 3 gallons of PH'd water through the pot for each gallon of pot size.... so if you're growing in a 3 gallon pot, you need to run 9 gallons through it.... check the PH of the runoff when you've run 8 gallons through and if it's in that range, add some 1/2 strength nutes to the final gallon of water....
