Hello I’m doing this loft and it’s a small ceiling, I don’t know what todo, either a sea off green or pot loads off pots and flip quick? Any tips or strains etc , highest point is around 5.5 foot and the smallest point is around a meter

first off, i’d really stay away from hid lights in a vertically restricted space. secondly as i wrote on your prior question on the same subject i’d go sog. third what you grow is your personal preference but i’d stay away from pure sativas or very sativa leaning plants because of your low ceilings.

SoG is your best bet, but if you want to experiment with making some short plants with massive colas, you can try the mainlining method. The original person who did mainlining, Nugbuckets, did it because he had 3-4 feet of vertical grow space in his grow cabinet. Mainlining can lead to more compact plants and imo is really easy and makes the flower stage a breeze to manage the canopy.
