MH light distance for 600w veg

Just had a question answered but couldn't reply, have taco leaf due to change from HPS to MH. Both was @ 600w+ @ 45cm. What distance would you recommend the light to be and what wattage for the best growth with the MH as it seems to be too much compared to HPS distance RH40-65%

Oh boy, yeah i remember that it's much hotter than a hps lol.
The leaves curling it's the plants trying to keep the water in itself because the evaporation is too important. Interestingly, the other side is when the medium is too hot.
For your question, 1m, maybe 1m20 or more. I successfully cloned a few times under 600w hps so why not sleedling with a mh. If you can dim it to the minimum, i think 60/70cm should be fine until they grow a few pairs of leaves. Temps will tell you anyway!

I guessing overheat, but temperature sensor shows 25°c max, lamp to plant distance is about 30cm.
Also, they aren't smelly no more.

Leaves curling up after changing from HPS to MHI've had a question answered regarding leaf drooping due to overwatering/adding feed too early but now I've changed my bulb to a 600w MH the leaves are curling upwards. I've turned it down to 250w for now it's currently at 45cm above canopy level.Any ideas? Thank you ☮️

I assume three factors:
Wind
Excessive humid
Cold nights
They got Nutes at all, only from soil (pragron lightmix)
I would say shity PH, but i check it every time
