Powdery mildew! Spray plant with a mix of 40% full cream milk and 60% plain water. Spray when the lights are on, the lights will activate an enzyme in the milk that will control the mildew. Damaged leaves will not recover, but this treatment should prevent it from getting much worse. You might have to do a follow up spray in another 5-7 days time if the problem persists.

Use baking soda 1gr/L to have pH 8 that kill the mildew (It needs acid pH, like leaves that has 5.5) Spray 3 times in a week, don't spray last 10 days of flowering maybe some sediment stay in flowers (not harmful anyway) and cut fan leaves too much damaged of there's any :)

This is white powdery mildew and if you don't treat the plant it will spread to other places and spoil the crop.
