Drooping leaves like that result from either over- or underwatering... and since you say you watered 8 hours ago, I'm going for overwatering. Were the pots really lightweight when you gave them a drink? You've got to let them dry out really well before you give them something... keeping them wet is the best way to kill a plant, bar none. I notice you also have a yellow card - is that for, perhaps, fungus gnats? If you've got fungus gnats, that's ALSO an indication the soil is too wet because that's where they like to live/breed - in wet soil. Let them dry out so that they really lightweight when you pick up the pot - and get yourself some Mosquito Bits (if you have fungus gnats) and use them when you give them water/feed the next time... you'll solve both problems! Clearly overwatering. This is causing the chlorosis visible in 1st and 2nd pics. Let soil dry well before add water.
