What are these mites, just noticed them today on my GG auto it’s going on it’s fourth week into veg and I was starting lst training and noticed them only caught one on the video

It isn't a fungus gnat, but some sort of mite.
There are plenty of control options.

I can't see anything there - but if it's IN the soil, it's probably a fungus gnat. Get some Mosquito Bits and follow the directions ... it works beautifully. Fungus gnats like constantly wet/moist soil so if that IS what this is, you're overwatering and inviting them in (AND doing damage to your plant!). Only water when the soil is completely dry - when you lift the pot, it should feel very VERY lightweight...

Never drink n Garden!
