Is it okay to lst at they start flowering

Yes this is the better time to lst in my opinion.. When the stretch is happening.. you get a lot more canopy control this way. they are plants so they are still gonna wanna grow their own way but the done lightly and properly lst can be done at any point in time... And even if you go a bit too far and break something you just bandage it up and support it again.. And she won't even care. Lst/Hst only really hurts them the more damage that is done to the plant tissue. makes sense really. Stressing with light is a much more successful way to improve quality and yields.
