Deficiency, excessive...I'm Lost.

I have no idea what's wrong.
Super sliver haze. 5 gallon fabric pot. 70-82°F. 48-72% humidity (Michigan grower, inside). 45,500 lux. 26" from top of plants.
Water every 3 days, 3L 6.3-6.6 PH. Just did a slurry test. Ppms are 551 and PH is 6.12.

I haven't started feeding yet.
I'm using fox farm ocean forest. It's been in the 5 gallon pot for 3 weeks now.
Should I flush?

First signs of burning due to over feeding or feeding too often.
Sativa dominant strains like SSH usually do just fine with half to two thirds strength nutrients.
Also, in soil it is a schedule of plain water/plain water/feed/plain water/plain water/feed.........so that the plants are only being fed every 10-14 days, which is plenty, as soil "holds onto" nutrients quite effectively.
Also, go easy on the defoliation....less leaves = less energy being made = less growth.

The leaves got worse, its still only a few so not too bad. After doing some research i think it could be a Manganese, magnesium and/or Sulphur shortage.
