Marks on leaves

I have noticed that there are strange Marks on my leaves. My plant is 4 days inside my house right now because of the bad weather so i dont know if Its from insects or if Its Because my plant is sick

Looks like she was stressed from the sun too.
But that on the leaves was bugs for sure.

Blue Dream Autos with Downturned Leaf Tips23 days old. One started showing downturned leaf tips on new growth; others followed. Looks off-color, at least one is in early bloom. How can I fix high runoff EC and pH?EC high (0.2ms/cm in, 0.6ms/cm out), pH runoff a little high (6.71 in, 7.18 out).
