That will depend on a few factors. Training such as Roberts said can drastically change your final height. The light I am not sure it is 600watt as it is listed for the veg stage. If you have about a 100watt light like you should be running in a tent that size, I would say close to what Robert said is a good guess if you run your lighting correct power/distance. You can adjust this initial growth spurt by bringing your light closer to your tops, but careful not to burn them. This will help the shoots of future colas get light 'easier' and not attempt to grow more to get to the better strength light. It is a balance. I sense you are maybe worried about the final height being too tall rather than curious about how much final bud? So, 24" is a great possible outcome, maybe some training involved like Roberts said, depends on light strength and distance from plant tops/tips. Cheers!
