That seedling (which looks fine) is in a giant pot. Will be hard to maintain the right amount of moisture. Risks overwatering. Next time try a clear Solo cup with lots of holes in the bottom inside a colored cup. This way you can water till it flows through. Any excess water you can pour out and the clear cup let's you see the root development. When the leaves are well over the sides of the cup, transplant into 1gals to veg more. I then transplant to final 5gals several weeks later.

No she looks pretty normal. If you feel she's a little taller than you would like, build a little mound of soil up around her stem to keep her swaying in the breeze and drop the light another 6 cm. But in my opinion her growth will speed up quickly and before you know it she'll have true leaves and look sturdier. ✌️ happy growing
