Stretchy and pale stems - Heeeelp, am I losing my plant??

Hey guy, this is my second grow journey and my plant it's getting into the second week with +/- 3 inches and it's stretched with a pale stem.
It's actually getting more sunlight and I'm using these stake to help it stand up straight.

She’s perfectly fine👍 She just stretched a bit from lack of light. But it’s no big deal at this point, just try and get a bit more light on her if you can so she doesn’t stretch anymore. The stake was the rite thing to do, just keep her up rite and get her some more light and all will be fine. Cheers💨

Needs more light in the 4000k range (strong blue) low light or light in a too red a spectrum (2700k) will cause this.

Light is the number one cause of stretching in seedlings, it needs more light. Happy growing.

Weak StemI watered today with my sprayer & one of my plants fell over, is this damping off or am I supposed to prop it up somehow? The other ones are fine.
