Add some mycorrhizae to your soil mix,
Get some fulvic acid, humic acid and amino acids (this can be found in one complete blend),
(Forget using molasses, it does basically nothing),
Don't defoliate unless there are real problems,
Try and only ever remove yellow leaves, for by the time they are yellow, they have served their purpose,
18/6 is optimum in veg, don't be greedy and think more light = more growth, plants NEED adequate sleep for proper functioning
Feed half strength every 7-10 days, rather than full strength every 14 days (for example),
(It is very easy to rescue a slightly underfed plant, but very hard to rescue a burned and damaged overfed plant),
Water to run off each time to prevent nutrient salts building up and don't water again until the top inch or so has dried out again,
Each plant will have its own nutritional requirements, so don't just give them all exactly the same feeding, especially as they get older,
LST as you go, trying to keep a uniform canopy level,
Switch to flower once they have filled about 35-40% of the available vertical height,
Lollipop your plants as they grow and do a final clean up 1-2 weeks before flipping to flowering,
Don't get caught up in the tiniest details, cannabis is very forgiving and not a delicate "Princess Perfect" plant,
Listen to your intuition/instincts and don't believe everything you see/hear on YouTube,
Write everything you do down as you do it, for references for future grows (very important!)
Accept/expect mistakes, they are all part of your educational journey into the cannabis cultivators club,
And most important, love your plants and have fun!
(Remember too, the only person you need to impress, is yourself!)
Hope this helps, Organoman.
