How quick? Cloudy to amber trichomes?

How quickly can trichomes go from cloudy to amber? Still have at least 40% white pistils. I was hoping to harvest in the next few days, I need to harvest soon to make room for the next perpetual grow.

Probably another week or two, but bear in mind some strains don't go very amber when ready and most, if not all, will keep producing new trichomes until the bitter end - try waiting until pistils 80% browned or so or get a jewellers loupe - when it is all milky milky get it cut cause it's at peak THC levels

Through a jeweler's loupe, I took the images of the trichomes on the main cola (pictured). There's a few amber trichomes already, but on the other colas (not pictured) they're mostly clear.

Tent temp and rh issues!!!Seeds just germinated and placed in tent, temp and RH is are off 84f° and RH 30% I have plastic bags over my sole cup any advice on fixing this issue.
