What happens if you don’t respect vpd? In late flowering, because humidity is a little to low? Thanks

You will probably notice no difference in the plant with the lower humidity. At most it might need a little more watering because evaporation will be faster. Other than that the plant and developing flower will love the lower humidity.

So, if in late flower, I have a vpd around 2 instead of 1.44, what will happen?

The VPD regulates the water absorption (and nutrition) of the plant and the respiration, it can grow in many conditions but if the VPD is kept correct it will be able to express its full potential. Beware that VPDs that are too extreme for the growth phase (ES: Too high in propagation or too low in flowering) can kill or block the development of the plant.
