Planted tuesday. Still didn't really pop out of the soil. The other ones are standing straight already.
The seed colour looks greyish instead of brown. Other ones are doing great.
What is wrong?

All you can do is wait. Keep moist. Dud seeds happen though. Is why plant produces so many seeds when they do. Germination can take up to 20 days. After a week I usually start a new one . Good luck.

Not all seeds make it unfortunately, they are not 100% perfectly guaranteed to live.
However, be patient, keep it moist, not wet and she may still sprout..........or maybe not..........
I would be tempted to cover it lightly with some moist coco coir though.

The last two was on the same setup but not as hot as now (over 32-35°c) so i havnt encounter that issue and dont know if my plant is doing ok
