Can't see any evidence of the highly rare condition of septoria, but there are obvious symptoms of nitrogen toxicity from over feeding, like burned yellow patches and clawing downwards leaves. A word of warning though......while basil is a good companion plant for cannabis, too much of it and being too close to your cannabis plants can cause the buds to acquire a basil aroma and flavour too.........ask me how I know!

It likes warm humid areas. Common bacteria associated with leaf spots are Pseudomonas and Xanthomonas. It will be carried in from outside and usually only seen late warm season. so depending where you live it would be rare for it to show up. Chances are your leaf spot are from your PH not being in the correct range for what your growing in. Soil 6-7 or if it's coco/ hydro 5.5-6.5. the last thing you do before watering/feeding is adjust PH.

There are a whole host of articles out there on the subject... this is a good one: https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-leaf-septoria-yellow-leaf-spot-on-cannabis-plants-n678 Who diagnosed your plant as having Septoria? I'm not sure I see any... Good luck!
