The very first thing you do is to start a diary. You say they're already 2 meters tall - so what are they planted in and where are they, outdoors? Are you giving them any nutes?
Photoperiods won't go into flower until the equinox if you're growing outdoors - 12 hours of light, 12 hours of dark. Folks who grow them indoors in a room or tent will "flip" their lights to 12/12 when they want them to start flowering. There's also a whole passel of things they do to them before that to increase the bud sites and make monster plants... but you need to know what you're doing and you need a good nutrition regimen....
Start a diary on your autoflowers, too.... these require different kind of treatment and care. They don't need that "flip" to start flowering - they have their own schedule and will do that AUTOmatically... but they're much more finicky about their treatment... they don't like a lot of manipulation that you might do to a photoperiod (topping, fimming, etc) - in fact, those things will stunt an autoflower and may ruin your grow if you do too much too harshly. But they also need a good regimen of nutrients -
And all weed is sensitive to the PH of their grow medium... that needs to be in a good range (the range will change depending on what you are growing your plants in - soil, coco, hydro).
From the sounds of it, I think before you do anything, you need to do a LOT of reading... and there are a whole host of articles and videos out there that will educate you on how to grow weed... Just dive in and learn as much as you can and then try it out.... I did some spectacularly STUPID things in my first grow - but I got a harvest and the smoke was great and I learned a LOT... and I keep making mistakes, even now, and I keep learning and I keep having fun.
But since I think you've already got some plants going, you've got to start a diary... that way, when you have questions/worries/problems, we will have as much information as possible to help you... and we DO want to help!
Good luck! And enjoy the journey!
