Yes you can but fresh from the plant probably won't be great, you should dry it just a bit before, preferably in the dark. You'll probably get effects but the taste maybe chlorophyle,like grass, with the taste of the weed in a far background

Should I be worried about my plants looking so droopy after dark period?I am running 20/4, after about 18 hours the leaves stop praying, gradually start to droop until it's worst point through dark period. When lights come on, I water them, within an hour they perk up. Humidity drifts up around 10% during this time also and temps down 6-8 degrees F.5y ago

Adjusting Soil pHBiobizz Lightmix is the only soil I could see 6.5 that's why I use it but this time I measure it's 7 my question how come does it happen even though the water it's been getting was no more than 5.8 all the time?
