I think your mix was too concentrated for such a young plant. Sprays to kill insects are often harsh and if you use the recommended dose you often run into burning issues, especially on younger leaves. I tried half doses with what I got a few years ago and then it was soft enough to not burn the plant, but it didn't kill the bugs either, so I avoid spraying for pests. It's definitely not from topping, the burn is on the top and lower leaves and random. She is in early stage of N toxicity, so there is no need for her to cannibalize her old growth and the plant is young, so I would rule that out and lower your feeding. Using predatory mites is the least impact for your plant and extremely effective. Just make sure you identify the pest correctly because a lot of them are very specialised and one to control spidermites often won't eat thrips.

Please buy yourself some Phytoseiulus persimilis! They will kill spider mites fast and let your plant develop like it should. Those are the natural predators for spider mites 🕷️

I don't think that, maybe yes are little bit stressed but if you look the other one that didn't do anything, the banana purple punch have some leaves with the same damage,so maybe they got a little dmg from the product, the seller said that will cause little dmg but nothing special, idk

The coloring has nothing to do with the spray you used - it has everything to do with the stress the plant underwent when you topped her... they are the lower leaves and will eventually die back at some point anyway. You're giving her enough nitrogen (perhaps a bit too much so watch for signs of a calcium deficiency as too much nitrogen can cause that)... the top leaves look nice and green and healthy. Leave her alone but watch those bugs!
