Amber Trichomes

Hey, so I'm at week 11 with my auto RQS Quick One, still no sign of amber trichomes, how long should I wait at this point for them to appear? Similar situation of waiting last year and ended up with bud rot 🙈

Not all plants get amber trichomes which can lead to people waiting too long, before then harvesting over ripe and lower quality buds. Once the plant has 98-99% brown pistils, she is in the harvest zone, no matter the colour of the trichomes.

I'm at 12 weeks with my Blackberry Moonrocks and not a MILKY trich in sight... and most of my pistils are still white! If you're going by what the seller says is the harvest time, chuck that advice/prognostication out the window... it's just an estimate and usually wrong. Let the plant tell YOU when it's ready! By the look of the trichs (from what I can tell), you probably have 2-3 more weeks to go. Have patience! The amber WILL come! Good luck

High Hannahboi, To make sure that you harvest at the right time you better use a x60 pocket microscope. They are cheap and the only way to harvest precisely. But when I look at your plant I would say roughly 2 more weeks before harvest. Happy Harvest! 😋
