Feeding charts not clear

Will someone please clarify for me if ANās feeding charts referr to total ml/feeding or total ml/week? For example, asumming Iām in week 3 of flowering, should I feed my plant 4ml of each micro/grow/bloom, b52, big bud EVERY WATERING or are those the total ml to feed PER WEEK?

You should be going by total ec somewhere up around 2.0 ec for soil but I would start lower and go up there if need be. Should always have a water between feeds and best to check runoff ec and ph to make sure their not going out of whack on you. In soil you should only need to feed once per week at most. Then water, then feed etc. Cheers

dosing via feed schedulewhat is 3.2.1 and 1.2.3 etc when people take about nutrients and feeding i am using biobizz and going by the biobizz feed schedule found online does this mean
for example
1.= 1ml N
2. = 2ml P
3. = 3ml k and vice versa
