I clean off the lower half of all my plants in flower. I do this in weeks two and three in flower. First quarter week two second quarter week three.

High loganchan,
I would reommend to defoliate the lowest 30% buds from your plant.
Later on you can always still defoliate the buds that barely develop and stay to small.
We want those top buds to get fat and juicy!

I counted 18 colas today, for a 1.7gal pot and only 75watts of LED, would it be bad to remove 3-4 of the weakest looking ones? Or to remove some of the budding sites lower on the branches that don't get much light? Worried about popcorn buds

Optimization for the last 4 weeks flowering see my video week 9See video in week 9. The girls in a secret stealth growbox just ended week 5 flowering, but the flowering will take another 4 weeks.
