I clean off the lower half of all my plants in flower. I do this in weeks two and three in flower. First quarter week two second quarter week three.

High loganchan,
I would reommend to defoliate the lowest 30% buds from your plant.
Later on you can always still defoliate the buds that barely develop and stay to small.
We want those top buds to get fat and juicy!
