How much nutrients (ADVANCED NEUTRIANTS )micro/grow/bloom

High bean, You need to measure EC. You start with EC 1.0 and build this up with + EC 0.1 every week till you reached EC 1.8 (do not give more then EC 1.8). You use grow nutritions till you see the first signs of flowering and that should be around 2 weeks after switching to flowering (light on 12/12). Or when you grow autoflowers just wait till you see the first signs of flowering. From this moment you start to use the bloom nutritions. You should look at the Advanced Nutrients original page on this website. Then you can see the diaries from all the growers that used these nutrients already. I haven't used Advanced so not aware of their advertised notes etc but general Rule of Thumb with nutrients: Less is More. When seedlings to about 2 weeks old . don't exceed 1ml of anything to 1 Litre of water.
