Don't finish the watering with 1400 ppm! Water with regular pH'd water, no nutrients. She has plenty of nutes built up in the soil, she doesn't need fresh nutes yet. Get it down to 1500 ppms first, then reintroduce whichever nutrient she needs most. If you're vegging, then she will need N and micros. If you're in flower, then she will need more P and K. This way she won't experience any deficiencies in the meantime. Keep the ppms low until she gets down to where you want her.

I did a test wash to gsc#1 ran about 3L of about 3L of 6.5 1350μs/cm water through a 0.5 pot Checked the ph and ppm about 1/2 way through the watering and got about 2000 ppm And finished the watering at about 1400 ppm and 6.7 PH Was this procedure to aggressive for the plant? should I flush with less water next time? Based on the fact that my plants survived this far with such high ppm values what is the best route here?

Hey mate! Maybe is better To buy a flush nutrient! But check the plants, if they looks healthy keep adding r.o water till the ppm drop a beat! Wish it helps!

Flush it. Give her another 2L and measure again. If you can get her down below 1500ppms, you're in the high end of the safe zone. From there, just water with pH'd water until your ppms are where you want them. Flushing will stress her, btw. He roots will be starved of oxygen for a day or two so she will get a little droopy.
