It does look to be ready. Congrats on your Grow, Its looking good.
One alternate option for harvesting the whole plant would be to harvest the top half of the plant and then lower lights and harvest over bottom half in a weeks time. Gives them time to catch up and develop some of their own amber trichomes. As the lower bud sites on the plant will develop last.
The down side to this is that there will be two different drying periods and trim days. The cure can be in the same batch, as they won't be to far in age once dried.
I like the whole plant chop and hang upside down method, then dry trim, jar and cure. I really like the humidity regular packs, suggest you try em out.
