At first glance, they look good!
The canoe-shaped leaves could be due to too much heat, lights being too close, or being too powerful, but heat shouldn't be your problem if you're at 23°C, and the light intensity and proximity don't seem to be an issue either. While I'm writing this, I checked your diary and saw that you did LST; I'm not an expert, but whenever I did LST, my leaves would slightly deform. As for the upper leaves, I wouldn't worry about that slight deformation; they look fine, maybe just a fan blowing too close, but nothing to stress about.
What does concern me are those white spots on the leaves; I can't identify if it's resin, dust, or mites/thrips. I hope it's the first one, but I would definitely check that before anything else.
The plant looks great after that!
